Hey Ricky, I really like the 3rd picture here. What lens/fstop are you using to get that limited focus range? I've tried to make this shot but I don't think my lens can get it that dramatic. I think it gets down to around f3.5 but i have a hard time getting the lighting right as well.
Hello! Thanks for stopping by. It's funny that you ask that question because I was testing a brand new lens. I recently got the Sigma 50mm art series lens. So far it takes beautiful images. I'll post some more examples soon. I was testing it at its widest aperture of f/1.4. At that f stop you have to be pretty accurate or your picture might just look blurry.
I would highly recommend this lens or any 50mm lens really. Most of them go will get you to f/1.8 at least. Canon and Nikon both make descent ones for around $100 if you're on a budget. If not then go for the Sigma!
